. I am new to smoking and I purchased our first smoker. It is a Char-Broil vertical propane smoker. Most post I have seen are that the smoker is decent and on the low end but that it is a good smoker. One issue that I am having is I need more smoke. I fill up the water pan full and put wood chips in the middle of that pan in the wood portion of this tray, which is how this was designed. Most of my water will disappear within an hour but I am wanting to find out how can I get more smoke out of my smoker. It does smoke a little and usually for about 15 mins before the smoke ends. But i think smoke should be rolling. I have the top vent wide open so as to let some of the heat out while trying to maintain a low temperature with the lowest temp I can maintain would be about 250. Any help would be greatly appreciated
