Hi yall. New member from Allentown PA. Been messing with smikers for a few years. Started with Brinkman electric barrel. Plug broke so ripped out coil and use charcoal for a long time. Bought an Oklahoma Joes this year and have some good success with it. Like the larger surface and dont oversmoke meat like the upright would because of lack of vents. Love all things pork but will smoke about anything if I think it will be good. Looking to learn more and grow my hobby but not the waistline. Hard to not do ha.
