Just received an electric smoker for my birthday and am anxious to give it a try when it warms up a bit. Looking forward to learning tips and techniques from the group.
On a side note - just picked up a Fire Starter at Sam's Club in Des Moines for my charcoal grill. Looked like a really good deal at $45. I was not familiar with the brand, ElectroLight, but has good reviews and retails elsewhere for $69-79
