Hello, I am obviously from Southern Mississippi but I grew up in Alabama. Roll Tide! Big College football fan. I have worked as an Electrician and Supervisor in a chemical plant for the past 10yrs. However, recently I decided to return to college for Industrial Engineering Degree. I am married with three fur children. Two dogs and a cat. I work full time and go to school full time. Soon I will be headed to Mississippi State University for my degree and starting the process of building a smoker on a Trailer to do Family Reunions and Tailgating. Want to know anymore just ask!

Welcome to a great bunch of smoker/grillers and other stuff. I grew up in Alabama 2.5 miles from the MS/AL line. Look forward to your take on good Q. Be sure to stay engaged and let us know what you are cooking.

Will do. I started a thread in Other Build. I am completely new at the smoking however I feel I'm pretty good on the ole charcoal grill. I am gathering material now building a trailer smoker for Tailgating and Family events. We shall see where it goes from here. Please feel free to read post and offer any thoughts and exsperience. Thanks!

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum from a sunny, warm and windy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.          Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.

Thanks Gary looking forward to it. Been kinda a slow start.

Welcome kchance54! Glad to have you on board. I'm a senior at Mississippi State in Industrial Technology. (Will finish in July). If you like more hands on things: welding, CNC, PLC, hydraulics, etc. give Industrial Tech a thought. Plenty of tailgating to do in the Junction. HAIL STATE!
