Just replaced my 18 yr old New Braunfels smoker with an Old Country Pecos model.
In the past I've perfected my techniques on pork butts and brisket, but would really like to perfect ribs. In addition to bbq, I enjoy home brewing as well. Cheers!

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a beautiful warm and humid day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web.         Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
