Checking in from Aiken, SC. Just across the river from The Masters! I am currently cooking on a newly acquired Pit Barrel Cooker. So far, I am beyond impressed with the PBC. It has produced some of the juiciest meats with a surprisingly minimal amount of work and attention. I'm looking forward to seeing what others have done with the PBC! Glad to be a part of the SMF.
