Hello,

Im new to the smoking world and hope to find great and info to master this new adventure.

I am from CT in the northeast and I just bought an electric smoker. ( digital masterbuilt 30" smoker ) with the side cold smoke attachment.

I am not sure as of yet what this smoker will do or what limits it has so hoping to do some browsing around and I sure I will have lots of questions lol.

Like instant / wifi thermometers down to smoking times.

So I will keep this into short and start my looking around this great place.
