Hi folks; the name here is Lonnie and I live in Delaware

I've been cooing for over 25 years and just today found your site.  I cook for myself, my church and other churches, retreats and for my office a little, but I don't make a living by it.  It's a "for fun" gig and I can imagine would be too much like work if I did it any other way.  I learned to cook in my home state of Texas but alas, make my living now in Pennsylvania. Presently, I cook with a 500 gal propane tank with an open flame in the end - basically a stick-fired oven.

I need another rig since I cannot cook different meats (varying temps) at the same time, and it seems that the typical fabricators want way too much money for a ready-made unit. So, I intend to build something, which will be my second home-built cooker. My tank has served me well, so I don't really want to heavily modify it. I think I'd like to build a gravity feeder and joined to ask a few questions.

The guys in the office here want my present smoker when I get a new one. Ha! They're not getting it!
