Hello, my name is Bob and I live in portsmouth VA. I've been smoking now for a little over 6 years. I had a pig cooker that my buddy and I made along with an Oklahoma Joe original offset. A year ago I bought a Lang 84 hybrid deluxe and last may I purchased a BBQ trailer. I just got permitted last week to start vending and catering out of the trailer, so I'm pretty excited.
