Hey everyone been reading over the forum most of the day and holy crap there is tons of great info in here! So decided i should probably sign up and jump in. My name is Jason and have been smoking now probably 8-9 years have turned out some good stuff on my old char griller COS but just bought a new dyna-glo offset vertical charcoal smoker and i am pumped to use it (not today at a balmy -22 outside) as you can probably guess im not from the south im from Minnesota. Hope to do a pork shoulder for christmas(as long as its above 0 preferably) so will be checking out the forum for some more info later in the week. Thanks for having me and smoke on!!
