Hello All,
My name is Tyler and I just wanted to start by saying THANK YOU all for the advice and recipes.
I am new to smoking. About 3 months ago I got a Masterbuilt Pro 30" and I have been smoking up a storm. Before I smoke anything, I search and read all about it on this forum and everything has turned out fantastic. Everyone is amazing how well it turns out since I had never done it before.
Hers my list of meats I have done so far: 2 briskets, tri tip, rib eye roast, 2 turkeys and tonight I'm going to smoke a couple chickens.
I decided to make an account finally so I could participate rather than just read. Thank you all again and I look forward to getting better at the craft.
