Howdy folks my name is Nate, figured I may as well join up, have been lurking for a week or two. From Lancaster/Lebanon PA.

Like to ride my HD,fish, hunt, hike, cigars, spirits. At this point still researching smokers(have been browsing the smokehouse builds)also looking at the MES40,my parents got a pig this year and butchered and processed it he is using a MES30 on his second day of smoking hams and bacon ,so in searching for cures/brine's is how I stumbled upon this place,I will be splitting a pig with a friend next year ,also interested in trying some kielbasa, and some fermented sausages down the road and seems like a lot of valuable information here

Enjoy life

 Nate

P.S. I already know that my grammar and punctuation sucks be the grammar Nazi's get me.
