Hello. I grew up in Florida where I was always amazed by the smokehouses both private and commercial. Fish was the big item- mullet mostly. My favorite was Tarpon fish which yielded large boneless chunks of yum.Never considered smoking myself until someone showed me how to on my Weber gas grill, previously used only to grill.
Got hooked. About 3 years ago I bought a Pit Barrel Cooker and been blowin' smoke ever since- 2 to 3 times per week. Other than 'q ing, my interests are archaeology, gardening, beekeeping, and above all - worship of and fellowship with my Lord and Savior, Jesus!
I hope to learn and share much 'que technique so we all can enjoy His blessings all the more.

Hello and welcome to you.

Glad you decided to hang out with us here on this great site.

Remember pictures of your smokes are good things.

Have fun.
