Well I tried.

No prep pics but I sliced the breasts in half lengthwise, stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese. Then trussed.

Used the 007 with oak and maple.

They were very good, just the right amount of smoke, juicy and tender. Needed more cheese thou. I will add alot more next time. The taters had Colby jack on them.

The 007 was a champ in the rain and high winds. Even had the first snow flakes of the winter.

Thanks guys. It didn't turn out like I planned but I didn't go hungry anyway.

Looks good. Unfortunately, I am the only one that likes them so it has been awhile...JJ

They look great. I bet they taste the same. I agree: it doesn't matter how much cheese you put in these it never seems enough.

Thanks. Maybe next time add alot of cheese so maybe it all won't leak out.
