Wasn't sure where to post this as its neither smoked nor grilled... I'll just leave it here.

Money Shot

Don't forget Dessert!
Vanilla ice cream with fresh Blueberries and Raspberries, with Whipped Cream

Nothing wrong with posting a great oven recipe once Fall and Winter get here.  Some folks turn to the smokeless protein transformation device to "meat" their needs when its cold outside.  That sure looks yummy!

Looks good to me! When I tried cutting slits and inserting garlic cloves they just popped out while cooking.
Love the butter & asparagus with onions. Not sure about the ice cream with whipped cream, but maybe...
My smoker is getting ready for a winter hiatus, so I welcome cooks like this. Thumbs Up

Gotta get that garlic in deep, it'll stay and be like butter when done.
Butter

Butter
A few vegetables with our butter for color.
Yep, we like our butter, never did like nor believe that that margarine crud was tasty or better for us than real butter.
Butter, Cream, Butter Milk, Cheese, Whole Milk, sour cream, cream cheese, cottage chees and everything else, bring it on.
