22 pork butts on the smoker. Using a burn barrel to feed flat rack smoker. Have a wedding party to cook for, have another 18 to smoke next week.

It looked fun but was alot of work to pull! Got 18 more to smoke this week some time. 350 people....I dont want to go into the catering business now!
