Do not want to enroll in class or lessons, just need a manual for my tiny Rival KCSmoker, electric.  Need water amounts and cooking times.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to SMF!  I'm not familiar with your smoker, but you've stumbled upon the greatest site online!  Lots of info available here, just ask specific questions about time and temp.  I don't use water ever, and smoke between 225 and 250.  The results are amazing.
