Charco here, from southeastern North Carolina. Finally graduated from my trusty old Char-Griller pro with SFB to a Primo XL. What a difference!!! I am mostly cooking low and slow, so far pork butts, ribs, and chicken. I see that there is a wealth of information on SMF and I'm looking forward to discovering tips, tricks, and most of all, recipes. Carry on!
