this is my second small barrel UDS build and it works a treat, It produces a good heat easily getting to around 225f, where i see alot of recipes seems to want the temp at. i have not had food on it yet only a couple of dry runs so to speak, ill let you know the food tasting outcome in due time!! Oh and the bonus was it cost me nothing,as all the parts are spare from work!!
a couple more tweaks needed, im going to put in a gland for my temp probe and maybe a handle.
