ABIS (Another bloody insulated smoker)

Thread Starter

I decided to build an insulated comercial smoker to sell so started about a week ago.

100x50x2mm chassis  (2"x4" for old skool)   Sheetmetal is #16.

I am trying to keep the weight and cost down.

Reverse flow design with the chimneys in the rear.

1200x900mm with 5 grates  so about should feed an army.

Making smoke in Bariloche Argentina.     Probably the most Southern smoker in the America's.

OH,  didn't realize you lived in Argentina.  Don't think I could afford to ship it to the US.  Please keep the pictures coming you do beautiful work.

Like the open pit cooking that's how I got into smoking produces excellent flavor. Is that the finished smoker looks great. points1.pngfor a fine looking job.
