Hi, my name is Jim and I live in Cottage Grove Oregon.

Been smoking for about 10 years. I use a Monarch by Masterbuilt. 

Have been very happy with it. Have replaced one smoking tray already.

Have enjoyed this site for a couple of years. We always can improve.

I do have a question regarding canning of the BBQ sauce. Is there enough

acidity from the lemon to safely can it?
