Hi,

I've been a lurker here for a while and have tried out some great recipes and learned a few things here. As bbq and smoker season heat up (no pun intended) I decided to join up.

I have a Brinkman Trailmaster verticals smoker, as well as a Weber 22" kettle bbq that I use lump charcoal and toss in a foil pack with some wood chips when I don't have the time to smoke but I gotta have the flavor.
