Hello all!

I'm from Vancouver Canada. I was looking for some new recipe ideas and stumble upon this wonderful site. Really looking forward to learning from everyone here.

I love to cook and try out new recipes.  About 5 years ago I started smoking food with charcoal smoker I picked up.  I hated how much work it was feeding charcoal and wood chips all day (even though it tasted great), so a couple years ago hubby bought me a little Bradley 2-rack smoker.  Now I started having fun.  Although this little 2-rack number worked great, I just could not smoke enough food to feed a crowd when we were entertaining.  So hubby just bought me a Bradley 4-rack digital smoker.  Used it for the first time on the weekend and it was great - I was able to smoke 4 pork butts at one time to make pulled pork for a crowd.  Yum!  I'll be looking to add the cold smoking attachment by fall so we can smoke up some local wild BC salmon.

I can tell this is the place I'll learn how to cold smoke food as well as get more ideas for hot smoking.
