Good evening everyone,

This is my first post ever. I'm a 36-year-old teacher and coach from Indiana. I have 40# pounds of pork butt going on my BGE soon. Should I be concerned with increased cook time with that much meat on at the same time. I've never done more than 8-10 pounds before. I have to have it at my niece's open house tomorrow in 15 hours. Thanks for your help.

The egg will cook at an even temp no matter how much you put in it. When I do more, or I'm in a rush I will put each shoulder in a foil pan covered and finish in the oven for the last two hours
