Newbie

Hi Guys I recently bought a smoker, a MES 40inch. Ive been lurking here for a few months and finally decided to try my luck at smoking. The only experience I've had before is I knew I liked the taste of smoked stuff. So hopefully this isn't a disaster waiting to happen.

I have bought the book advertised on here and have read it a few times over.
