New Bellfab

So got my new offset picked up Friday afternoon. Craig at Bellfab is great to work with. Got his basic model, with some tuning plates. Fired it up when I got home, started seasoning it with some vegetable oil, couldn't resist not cooking something. So had a brisket flat that had been sous vide for about 30 hours. Only had it on for about and hour and half-two hours. Would have liked longer but was getting late and my brother and I were hungry.

Really liking the new offset. Going to take some getting used to. Much different than the Char-Griller or obviously my MES40. Got a buddy that does some tree work, so will eventually get some oak splits, now just charcoal and chunks. Very excited. yahoo.gif

Congrats, jirod. I'm glad you finally got it. I know you will enjoy the Bell. What's not to like. Craig is a great guy and I really like mine. He just needs a little more exposure. His product is awesome.
