The weekend tradition continues. Got a couple racks of spare ribs. Used Jeffs rub for 1 and Sucklebusters Hog Waller for the 2nd. Rubbed down last night and put on the grill at 8am. Running a smooth 225-235. Not gonna wrap cause I like tender but not falling apart. Got to have that little bite. Smoking with some mesquite to start and will finish with Hickory. Ill post more pics later cause not gonna open at all until 4 hours in.
