This is the second time I have used Micah's from Grilling and Smoking method for wings.  It works great, but I am still trying to get better at it.   For the sauce we used Frank's normal wing sauce.  We cooked them for 30 minutes then flipped and cooked for another 20 minutes.  Micah cooks them indirect but uses a full chimney and cracks the lid to get the grill hot.

Wings Rubbed up and ready for the grill

This is the rub we used, it was really good

Full Chimney

Coals off to one side

Wings on (not directly over the coals)

Lid is offset to get more oxygen and keep the fire hot

Looks tasty! I just ordered a rotisserie and ribolator for my kettle wings might be the first run!

Wings look fantastic! I buy a lot of spices from The Spice House too they have some really great blends. Not sure I have tried the one in your picture though. I have been making Jeff's rub with my own tweaks to it but I buy all the ingredients for it from the Spice House. Makes a significant difference in the end product when you start with quality spices.
