Traeger Customer Service

I was out installing a second shelf im my Texas, when I notice the paint was starting to bubble. Now the problem spot is on the front of the barrel behind my flip up shelf, probably why I didn't see it sooner. So I took a picture, called up Traeger customer service, who was great, told him what was happening. He told me no problem just send in the picture to the service email and a description of the issue. Within the hour I had an email saying a new barrel was on its way. Now I know Traeger's have been known for problem spots for the paint, but with out question they sent me a new barrel. So 3 years "bumper to bumper" warranty really does mean something to companies still. What a great customer service experiance.
