Caja China

Has anyone ever cooked on or roasted a pig using a Caja China? I'm thinking of building one, I find the concept really interesting.

There was a fellow on here several years ago that was an expert in this. I don't remember his name, but I did a search & there are a lot of threads on this. Maybe some of his will be there to look at.
