Good afternoon gentlemen. I am from South Louisiana and I love all things cooking. I have been recreationally smoking meat for the past 10 years and absolutely love the challenge and change of pace that it provides. I recently started working on a homemade bacon recipe, which I will share photos, in the "Smoked Bacon" forum. I currently use a Cajun Injector electric box smoker, which I enjoy due to it's relative ease with temperature control capability, but in the past I have used a variety of wood smokers. I am open to new recipes and ideas as well. As I explore and refine my recipes I am happy to share them on this platform. Thanks a bunch!
