First off I apologise if I am in the wrong thread as I am only new to this. I have just purchased a Hark gas smoker and my daughter wants me to cold smoke some Salmon. Can anyone point me in the right direction re recipes, times,how much smoke etc, I bought a UFO Smoke creator that is driven by a small electric motor and made in New Zealand. Living in Aus, they are sold over here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
