hello hello

Hey folks.  Browsing around looking for some smoker ideas, and stumbled across this beauty of a site.  Bookmarked, favorited, hell I might even make it my home page.  Manitoban now, transplanted from New Hampshire, running my first smoker (masterbuilt) and trying to get a hang of this art form and delicate balance of "trust me honey, it'll be worth the wait" and taking orders from the father in law for the latest smoked-anything category.  Look forward to sifting through the secrets of the universe...or maybe starting with smoking.
