Smoked a brisket for our Easter Saturday on Thursday not many pics

Rubbed Wed night SP an Worcestershire sauce

Thursday wind blowing 20 MPH with gust to 28 MPH

Had a few spikes in temp nothing real bad,it did use a lot of fuel

Smoked for 5 hours then wrapped finished in oven

Pic of it being sliced

On the serving plate

Thanks for looking it was delicious, melt in your mouth
