Hey everyone, I guess i'm somewhat new to this, I have been reading threads for a few months now and I have posted one thread.  I am from South Eastern Alberta, Canada and I am new to smoking.  I have a Bradley electric four rack digital smoker and a homemade smoker that came with my house I bought a few years back, still working the kinks out of it.  I have tried some ABT's, ribs and have done a couple reverse sear on steaks in my Bradley so far and I am waiting for the weather to warm up so I can get smoking some more.  I don't have a ton of time to smoke as I have 4 kids that keep me running but I hope to keep learning and eating good food!!!
