I'm new to smoking. I recently bought a Masterbuilt 30 in. smoker. I'm not looking to get into competitions or catering. All I want to do is cook good food for friends and family. I've roasted many a hog on a gas spit, several Low Country boils. Now it's time to try smoked meats. If you couldn't tell from the title, I'm from Ohio and I'm a DIE HARD BUCKEYE'S FAN!!!! I'm open to try new things with BBQ, so any tips or suggestions are welcome.
