Got it all seasoned up yesterday put it on at 630 am decided to do a pork tenderloin for luck so put that on snapped a pic when I had it open

That tenderloin looks delicious. How big is your shoulder Brandon and what temp are you smoking at?

Butt is doing great it's wrapped and in the oven wanted to save charcoal

It was 4.5 pounds and was smoked at 225 with apple and hickory
