Hello all from Mn, been on smf for awhile never introduced myself... For the last year have been smoking on master built 40 inch Bt model.. It has become my new hobby and have had lots of fun, I really love this site and have learned so much. I am in the proces of shopping for an offset smoker looking forward to mastering the fire, again thank you all for the great info into the world of smoking.
