Greetings All, This is Jarhead84 from Florida I live on the east coast and yes we are still walking around with short sleeves in Feb. I received an  Outdoor Gourmet side smoker combo/gas grill. From what I have read this is probably on the low end of what a real smoker is but hey it was a gift so I am trying to use what I have and appreciate it. So far the only modification I have done which was not really on the grill was to purchase an temperature gauge that registers the temp for the meat and smoker as I found out the guage on the grill is useless. Anyhow I look forward to any tips and advice besides buy a new grill lol and how to be able to smoke an edible pulled pork butt and ribs.

Thanks in Advance,

Jarhead84
