Hello fellow smokers!!!

My name is Matt and I am from Louisville, Ohio (15 minutes East of the Football Hall of Fame) and I got a Masterbuilt electric smoker for Christmas. I am new to the smoking world and I love it!  Everything I have smoked so far has been very tasty but I am not where I want to be.  I look forward learning from all of you.
