You thinking snow bound soon? Stocking up that winter larder?

It all looks delicious, but your cooks always do.

Up top is that chipped beef or some type of cured meat hash with the egg, only thing wrong with it, it needs at least another egg.... LOL. I have gone back to that picture a dozen times while at this thread wishing I had some of that! I like it. New & inspirational! Typical SQWIB.

Speaking of eggs, why don't you have some layers most town/cities allow 3 to 5 as back yard stock AND they keep the bugs out of your garden. Well if they will leave the garden alone...LOL

Looks great! i see your from Philadelphia, have you ever tried cheesesteak meat, veggies and cheese with some over easy eggs? We had that awhile back and can't believe I can't find it at a greasy spoon I would serve that if I did breakfast.

I usually make cheeseburgers with fried eggs and sometimes well have steak and eggs but haven't done cheese steak with over easy.

Love my eggs over easy on top of home fries with a side of thick cut scrapple and rye toast loaded with butter!
