Hey all, I am new to this forum, however been in the back yard for years. I have four different smokers, two gas, 1 electric, 1wood/charcoal. I make hundreds of pounds of sausage and bacon every year for family and friends. Just found your forum and liked everything that I see. I am from the backwoods of NH and look forward to being a member of your forum.
