I've read all the post about the venison bacon loaf and was wondering if anyone has made this using just pork?
I have a small hog i killed this weekend and a bunch of other scraps in the freezer. I was gonna order the seasoning mix from curleys tonight and make a few loafs when i get it.
what is the fat ratio needed for this mix? all my meat is wild hog and very lean. I have a source at a local supermarket to get me all the fat I need.
