first thanks to all who have suggested me to get a vacuum sealer! it is working out to be a great investment.
so i made pulled pork the other day and had a bunch of leftovers. i vac sealed individual portions and froze them.
so today i decided to try it out. it was fantastic, here is what i did:
1 put a pot of water on the stove and dropped in the sealed bag. let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
2 while the pork was warming i sautéed some onions and garlic
3 mixed in the pork when warm and just stirred it all together for about 2 minutes.
4 made a really nice grilled cheese on the side for my "bread" (next time will be cheesy garlic bread)
5 eat....
was great thanks for all the ideas guys i'm still learning a lot after 2 or so years of smoking meats....
