Hi

Anyone else experience significant delays in ordering a smoker? I ordered through a third party website(not direct) due to differences in freight costs. The order was placed in August and I'm still waiting despite multiple promises for delivery. As of this point no charge has been made on my credit card, but the entire process is frustrating. The third party has been excellent in updating me but unless they are lying Horizon has been difficult to contact and get information from. The latest promise was delivery by Xmas, also failed.
