Smoking my first turkey breast for Christmas dinner. 7.5 lbs. Going to marinade/brine it a day in advance and have chosen a basic chicken rub. Question about a good temp and cook time? I figured 250 for the temp and should take about 4 to 5 hours. Am I off base with that temp and time? Any feedback or pointers will help. Thanks in advance.
