Hi all. I'm brining my own fresh ham, and I had a question. Can a front leg picnic cut substitute for a rear leg ham? Other than a bit of a different taste is it sort of the same?

Yes absolutely! If your doing bone in don't forget to inject around the bone if using a wet cure (brine) to help the cure get to the center due to the size of the cut. :welcome1:
