Just about 1.5 hours in a cold smoke never above 45 degrees.
They were good but I think I prefer not smoked deviled eggs.
I made smoked egg salad sandwiches last weekend. I only smoked the eggs for 45 minutes. I tried one of the eggs right out of the smoker and it tasted awful. I decided to refrigerated them over night to see if the flavor mellowed. I'm glad I let them rest. Ended up the best egg salad I've ever had.
