My name is Julien and I am a, basically experienced griller, a novice smoker. a neophyte Turkey Fryer!. I am looking forward to hearing from you all and I appreciate all the help I can get.
My 1st Turkey was well over done because of a poorly calibrated thermometer that cam with the kit I bought. I have a small Masterbuilt electric smoker with digital controls, and a 22" Weber Grill.
I appreciate any advice you folks can offer, and who knows... maybe I'll be able to contribute something myself.
