My husband seems to be a natural with his smoking abilities so far, only started last year. He's amazing on the grill, so smoking seemed to be the next logical step. He has a charbroil propane smoker, and we work together as far as researching brines, rubs & smoking times. I usually do most of the prep work in the kitchen, then he takes it from there in the smoker. Of course we always have questions, and usually find our answers on your site. Glad to be a member and hope someone can answer the question I submitted under "2 turkeys"!
